I posted about a similar issue where I was confused about how the scoring was working properly. The scoring bugged but no one is noticing or having this issue.

Can’t make webstore purchases.
Every time I try to purchase I get “oops, something went wrong, try again later”. Not able to get anything at the moment and I’ve seen other people with this issue.
