Grand Inquisitor LSB Issue

EA_Gunner​ Would you be able to help me receive the Grand Inquisitor LSB I purchased on 7/24/2025?  I received 7,000 crystals instead.  I have opened a few support tickets, but that hasn't seemed to help.  I wanted to purchase the new LSBs, but worried this issue will reoccur.
