Malgus LSB confirmation

On 8/18 I bought the Malgus LSB on the webstore, but EA hasn't confirmed the purchase after 3 days. The bundle is no longer on the webstore or on the in game store to even attempt buying again. I've tried restoring purchases in game, and have bought a few bundles on the webstore since then with no issues.
