Reconsider you account policy

I have been locked out of my game for 2 months, 11-year player and I have spent thousands on the game...

Currently he support teams from both EA and Google keep telling me the other company needs to fix my problem, this conversation has happened multiple times and I find it patently ridiculous that companies that makes as much money as both of you refuses to fix a pretty simple issue.
