Guest Account Recovery

Ok so I my gf was playing on a guest account on for 6 months. We had to factory reset her phone and now her account is gone. Is there anyway to recover an account and link it to her google play?

  @JaSports16 Without your ally code or other we would not be able to recover a guest account.
