Guest Account Recovery

Ok so I my gf was playing on a guest account on for 6 months. We had to factory reset her phone and now her account is gone. Is there anyway to recover an account and link it to her google play?

    @Skeletons767 If you know the ally code then it is possible that it may be recoverable.  Please speak with our live support so that they can look into your issue.

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'
    Can't log in

@JaSports16You can find your ally code by going into your game and tapping on Allies, and you’ll see your Ally code at the top of the screen.

    Allies doesn't appear in the game for me

      Without the ally code we would be unable to locate the account.
