Guild Event currency set to 0 and missing rewards from raid

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Hello! After the championship arena update my Guild Events currency was set to 0 and I can't buy anything from the store and after the raid done by my guild I didn't recive any additional Guild Events Currency preventring me from buying anything from Store which stops my progress in game. Can you fix that problem as soon as possible?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Hi @KingLeBron_Nas and thank you for the report.

We've checked your account and you received the following for the completed Tier 6 Sith Raid

370 Guild Event Currency

1400 Guild Currency

on 06/23/2019, 12:58:12pm GMT+1.

We were also able to verify that you've spent 480 of the Guild Event Currency to purchase 10 Mk 5 A/KT Stun Gun Prototype Salvage on 06/24/2019, 8:45:12am GMT+1.

Between 06/21/2019 and today you claimed 795 Guild Event Currency (370+425) and you currently have 715. This confirms that the currency wasn't reset after the GAC ended on 22nd.

@KingLeBron_Nas Hi, this might be a silly question, but are you sure you’re looking at the right store? They added a new GAC store between the GET and Shard Stores. That one should be at 0 right now.

Yes, I',m 100% sure this is about Guild Events Store and currency was set to 0 and didn't add after Territory battles and raids, so there's no other solution than adding currency to my account and fixing this with another update or it's just my account bug.

@KingLeBron_Nas The QV support that works these forums and can check your account for that don’t work over the weekend. Please bump this up again on Monday and they should check it out for you!
