Guild leader inactive - Help request ignored

Hello, I'm the only officer in the guild brokers Mando's and I have been requesting the ownership of the guild be transferred to me since they are inactive for 130+days. I got one response on help ...

@LazerousTheWise Support do have the power to transfer leadership to an officer. Submit a ticket in-game and ask to speak to someone else if they say it cannot be done.

This is my only option on help in-game, because I asked to speak to someone almost two weeks ago. he didn't give me any solutions besides the troubleshooting guide, which doesn't mention the proper paths one would take to resolve this issue.

    @LazerousTheWise It's your 9-digit ally code (found on the Allies screen or your profile screen) the team need. Do not share your Player ID.
