@LazerousTheWise Support do have the power to transfer leadership to an officer. Submit a ticket in-game and ask to speak to someone else if they say it cannot be done.

This is my only option on help in-game, because I asked to speak to someone almost two weeks ago. he didn't give me any solutions besides the troubleshooting guide, which doesn't mention the proper paths one would take to resolve this issue.
