Hacker got into my account and banned

I’m a 16 year old who recently got hacked, I got banned and was shocked of why it happened knowing I never cheated before in my life. I never used anything or tried anything that would get me banned....

I also was banned for whatever reason. No explanation given, no email, but I don't think I was hacked. I don't play GAC that often and I looked back at all of my history and the fastest clear I got was 9 seconds with a SLKR AOE attack against gear 12 tuskens. These bans have to be a mistake. I only play on my phone and through the PC client. Never cheated. Unfortunately EA support isnt much help and appealing doesnt seem to make a difference.
