Summarize your bug I did the grand moth tarkin ship challenge, and did not receive any of his shards, so now I cannot progress any further with his mission or any other missions related to needing his ship

I was playing star wars galaxy of heroes, then when i did the challenges to get his shards for grand moth tarkins ship and it said on the screen that I had received the whatever amount of shards it was to get the ship to two stars, then I go to upgrade the the ship and they weren't there. I gave it a week and multiple restarts to see if it was just a bug that'll fix overtime, but obviously not, so i've come to this website to see if I can get the shards needed to complete the rest of them, or maybe some compensation for slowing my in game progress.
