Haven’t received pack

I’ve just bought the imperial trooper booster bundle, despite the fact the payment went through the game swiftly displayed me with an error and another behind me which stated there was a problem with crediting my order. I was forced to restart the game and now don’t know what to do, could someone provide some guidance?
