No CUP LSB available?

I was under the impression there would be a R9 CUP LSB today for the next week, but when I look for it I'm not finding it. I have CUP at 7 star, but level 1 and haven't invested in him at all. I was tempted to buy the $5 LSB for him for laughs, but he's not showing up in the store for me at all on either Android or PC/web. Anyone seeing him at all?
