Purchased LightSpeed Bundles not recieved ingame

I purchased the Bad Batch, Rogue One 1, and Rogue One 2 Bundles from the Webstore but did not receive them in game.

    Yeah i sat there waiting for an hour and for one only to be disconnected. some help they are.

    EA Help Chat has never been helpful which is why I'm here, Last time I had to wait 5 days just for them to respond to one of my messages and another 3 days to tell me they were investigating only to never reply back, came here and it was resolved in 1 day.

    im not sitting on hold for another hour just to be disconnected again and my issue marked as resolved without even speaking to someone. I was charged. I just want my LSB or my money and the ability to purchase it again. I have spent well over $10,000 on this game and the customer service is HORRENDOUS for this issue. All I want is my LSB, not to sit on hold all day only to be disconnected.

    You could also use the email option instead. That way, there's no waiting for chat.
