Heir to the light side tier 4 not working

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Bug
OS Version 13.7

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have unlocked the heir to the light side and completed tiers 1-3 but I am unable to attempt tier 4 as it is saying I have not met the requirements to enter this mission
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I have tried it on my phone and iPad

    @granty19848 Hello there.

    Galactic Legend Rey is required for this mission. You must replay tiers 1-3 in order to unlock her. Tier One needs to be completed a total of 8 times, Tier Two 4 times and Tier Three 3 times.

    @granty19848 Hello there.

    Galactic Legend Rey is required for this mission. You must replay tiers 1-3 in order to unlock her. Tier One needs to be completed a total of 8 times, Tier Two 4 times and Tier Three 3 times.

    Hi @granty19848 

    To add to what @ChristophIV has said, we can see that you have only completed Tier 1, 2 and 3 once. Please continue to complete these Tiers until you unlock Galactic Legend Rey and then you can move onto Tier 4.
