Hello, I've purchased pack of Princesses...

Hello, I've purchased pack of Princesses (light speed bundle), however, instead of receiving my characters, I received just 1340 crystals. Please help me with receiving the purchased item or refund. Also, please advise on how should I purchase other bundles? Should I do that with in-game shop only?

    I received the Princesses but Kneesa's 6/65 & obviously not relic 5. I filed a bug report which good news, it's being transferred.

    I had a similar problem, I'm not sure if I got 🔮🔮 or not but my allycode's 217-646-342. I requested in-game help it has been transferred but my problem was Princess Leia may have already been relic 5 when I purchased the Rebel light speed bundle but my Princess Kneesa was 4 of 65.
