@CG_MindTricksalso releated/part to this bug is that if he doesn't gain 100% TM he will not reset his cd (kinda how sunfac ship didn't gain taunt if it didn't gain the TM). Seems the CD reset was set to be dependent on him gaining 100% TM and it shouldn't be. If he is dazed or has shock he can't gain bonus TM however he should still have his CD reset.

This is a very EXPENSIVE zeta that players today are actually buying even though the developers have confirmed reports that it does not work at all. Players believe HY's cooldowns will be reset and he will gain 100% TM upon the death of any toon with Master's Training, they buy the zeta, and now literally nothing happens when a toon with MT dies.
@CG_MindTricks Can you at least provide us with an idea of the prioritization of this bug? If you aren't fixing it, are you planning to change the in-game description of the ability so new players don't buy something that is known broken (and in turn, refunding all current Zeta holders their resources)? To be clear, I'd much prefer the bug is fixed. Thank you for reviewing.
i was having this same issue yesterday while testing in GW, but as i was preparing to file another bug report, it looks like it's working correctly know. maybe CG fixed something overnight?
@tompfeil Unfortunately, I just tried it out in Phase 2 of the STR and it's still broken. Ran HY, every toon had MT on them, when they died, no TM gain or cooldown reset. Used him in another squad, same thing.
