Hi @wvuparker and thank you for the report.

You are absolutely correct regarding Hermit Yodas escape mechanism. Since it was still Darth Nihilus turn, Yoda would have escaped (if still alive) at the beginning of his turn.

Was Nihilus already enraged, when he was killing Hermit Yoda by any chance?

    Yes, it was his DN's turn 'enraged'.

    I read over the rules of the raid and did not see any mention of DN's attacks becoming unavoidable when enraged. And I know other bosses in the Sith raid do not have unavoidable attacks once enraged, at least that's been my experience with Bastila teams in Phase 2.
