How do you submit an “in game ticket?”
I purchased a crate of crystals and was promoted to verify my payment. I got redirected to the Apple store to do so and did it. I then got the in game pop up that my purchase was successful and I was all set. However, I didn’t receive the crystals.
I entered a ticket (66480663) and was called by a EA Help colleague. She couldn’t verify my account and told me to submit an in game ticket to receive my missing content.
My bank account is showing the purchased dollar amount so I know the payment was made. How can I submit the ticket to get the purchased crystals as I don’t see the link in game to submit a ticket other than sending me back to EA Help using the Help button. Thanks.

By creating a ticket on the help site by starting that process from your SWGOH account, it will ensure the ticket will generate necessary information and link to your SWGOH account when the Help ticket reaches the support team.
The full steps to send in a Help Ticket from your SWGOH account are:
- Locate the ⚙️ Cog wheel icon/ Settings button in the top left corner of your screen
- Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site.
The page will display Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes support articles which could resolve your issue. If you can’t find a solution in a support article, please follow step make a support ticket. - To make a support ticket, scroll down to the bottom and click the Contact Us button
