How to get support?

In one week I have 33 messages, and we even not close to start discuss my problem. Those guys, all the time sending me to use this guide - https://help.ea.com/en/help/star-wars/star-wars-galaxy-heroes/how-to-contact-support-for-star-wars-galaxy-of-heroes/
But it's bringing me all the time on the same page, where I created the first case. I tried to create a new case, and I am getting the same answer with, that's I need to use this guide. About my main problem. I made purchases in the store twice - https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/, on 09/01 and 09/04 and an error appeared - “it is impossible to continue. The attempt failed. Try again. If the problem persists, use another payment method or try again later"
The money was debited from the card, but the purchase did not appear. In the game, I pressed restore purchases many times and nothing happened. I have two failed purchases in Order History. So I want someone to check it.
