I Brought the Hypdrive bundle and only got enegry and the levels for level 85

i was level 80 before i brought it, when i claimed it, it didnt give me any of the other rewards except the levels and some energy. Ive done the restore purchases and it didint do anything ive checked with a help desk person and they didnt help with anything.
