I cannot login into the webstore

Question

Hello. I have tried all of the suggestions that I found on the forums and here, but no matter what I do, I get stuck at Step 3 when it tells me that "An error occurred while requesting your code. Please try again.". When I try other emails it seems to work, but I need my specific email because that one is connected to the game, and it appears that I cannot change the email connected to the game. I have finally decided to buy the hyperdrive bundle so can somebody please help me out with this ?

That's correct, the email registered to the Webstore cannot be changed. If you want the email linked to your SWGOH/EA account to match the email linked to your Webstore, update the connected EA account information to reflect the preferred email using these steps:

If that email is already in use on another EA account of yours, log onto the EA account it's in use on, switch out that email for a different one to free it up (using the same steps linked above) and save the update. That will free up the email for use on the EA account linked to your SWGOH account and then the Webstore email will match your SWGOH one.&nbsp;
