Can you try the following steps:

Use an incognito browser.
Use another payment method.
Contact your payment provider and ask them if they are blocking the transaction.

@EA_GunnerTried incognite, doesn't help. The problem is that I do not even suggested to choose a payment method, I just get error after clicking green button. And there is no transaction comming at all, I just click green button and get error straight ☹️
