Like I said, you have an underage SWGoH account. If you require an update, contact EA Help and ask them to update the DOB on your SWGOH ACCOUNT

Can depend on a few factors. Account Level restrictions, regional restrictions, underage account restrictions, etc.

I'm in the US and I'm not a minor so I'm not sure what would cause it. Thanks for the input though
