I did not receive my apology email from swgoh

My family plays swgoh , each of them received an email of an apology and was offered some rewards due to the inconvenient occurred to the game on June 19 2024 this morning around 4:30am central time. My wife, son and daughter got this email. I did not. Please explain why I didn't get help when before it interrupted my game play as well. Thank you I can respond back to you with their ally codes and emails as well to prove theirs versus mine.

@shadowhawk5000 they where under level 85. You must be level 85 already. The granted Shards where only sended out to Players under level 85.

Bit of a rought if you ask me. "Sorry, you've played the game for longer, if it was an inconvenience to you, that's too bad, suck it up."

@PinkHappyKitten this was a new players only thing. You have to make a cut somewhere. And in this case it was that you needed to be under max level
