I got gems instead of kenobi LSB 1

Hi All,

I bought the Kenobi LSB this morning and getting into the game I’ve been given 3,562 gems instead. I tried to reach out on here before when I was given gems instead of a LST and got no help but Reddit says this is the best place to get help as in app assistance is pony! 

What do I need to do to get this fixed?
