I have an incorrect amount of Rey (Dark Side Version) shards after 3rd conquest

Question

I have 293 shards after 3 conquests where I red crated and bought the + pack. Additonally I purchased some shards in game using conquest currency. I purchased the conquest+ pack and red crated the last 3 conquests. How could have a number that is 37 less than I need. I confirmed that I recieved 90 shards for this red crated the last however I had 203 before I accepted them. I also never leave anything in the rewards path that I did not pick up. Even if I had how could the number be 293? 20 for buying a + pack and hitting red. 90 for a red crated and 65 if you get gold. Even assuming I had not bought a pack once and got a gold I should be 45 down not 37. I am very confused how this happens.

This is the second time this has happened where I had fewer shards than expected. A friend had the exact issue and was told it was their reward track (probably) which is not the case here (or for them most likely - they are very AR about conquest rewards). Conquests are such long term commitments its very very very frustrating. Next gac is going to start and even if its fixed will I have time to join it with my new character?

In your 2nd round, you earned less than 530 conquest points and received 50 DS Rey shards.

Thank you for checking however I red crated. &nbsp;I also &nbsp;paid for the +pack. &nbsp;Finally - look at my datacrons - most of them are R9 the first round with a new set you HAVE to red crate in order to farm the shards. &nbsp; I have 27 R9 Wayword Wayfinder datacrons - I had around 1/2 of those from the first conquest farm.

You had the red crate in the first and third rounds of conquest. But not in the second round

The implication is that I did not even earn a YELLOW crate which to be honest has never happened since making aurodium ,much less kyber 1. &nbsp;&nbsp;
