I lost my account in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes

So I have 2 devices, an apple and an android, and a Galaxy of Heroes account on both. The account on my apple was linked via gamecenter and ea, and the account on my android was linked only via google play. I wanted to sign in to my main account (my apple account) onto my android device. I imported the account via ea connect, and for some reason the account I signed in on overwrote the secondary account, which means that my main account took over the email used to link my second account via google play. I lost the account and was unsuccessful in recovering it. The ally code for the small account is 199-349-923. Is there anything EA can do?If not, can the system be fixed because I don't want other players to lose their account the way I did.
