I Never Got the 55 Depa Shards Even Though EA Says I Did

Hello there! So when I was battling Tier 1 for the 55 Depa Shards my game errored out, and I never got the 55 Depa shards. EA says that did complete that event so I should have received them, but they never showed up. I've attached a screenshot of my Depa in my account.
