I purchased the episode pass and it didnt activate

Purchased the episode pass on the pc client had the client restart during the process and the pass was not activated but the amount was charged tried ea help but being given the run around with them taken hours to respond and being referred to the guide on the website in regards to issue like this but have been no help. generally responses are taking 3 to 6 hours and this issue is not solved. more then likely to miss out on what i brought the pass for due the ending of the era tonight
