Platform client overlay

Hello,
I have a problem with the store.
As soon as I want to retrieve free content from the store on pc I get this message.
“The Platform Client Overlay is not enabled. Ensure it is enable in the platform client setting and restart the game”.
Where is this option? I can't find it anywhere!
everything else works fine when I switch from android to pc
