LSB Issue

I bought the Jabba and Tusken Light Speed Bundles on the in-game store on the PC Client 11 day ago and still haven't received the Tusken LSB. Support reassured me that the issue is known and i will receive the package in due time. Have been waiting roughly a week since then.  Hope someone can help me.
