has anyone encountered this issue as well? I was at Level 82 and then I started the App on my iPad this weekend and everything was gone, set to Zero. All Progress was gone. I have been playing for over year. What happened? What can I do?

I hit level 82 recently and everything still seems to be there.
Were you logged in with Google Play (if on Android) or Facebook before the progress was lost?

Hi @EA_Andy,
I figured out what went wrong. I went through an iOs update that logged me out of my game centre. Once I logged in again, everything went back to normal.
