3 months later and never an acknowledgment, let alone compensation. So disappointing. Tried to go through in-game help and they sent me here again. Spent extra crystals building up energy, then sat on stockpiled energy during the event hoping and waiting for a fix, so therefore missed out on new energy for days since I was already past the cap.
