This bug was created by the so called bug fix in the latest update. Fixed an issue where ally TIE fighters would gain Marked on capital ships other than Executrix.It really just completely removed the ability to gain Marked.

@EA_GunnerHello Gunner. I Have found the reason for this Bug.

This Ability has the Effect "query_areyouthere_capitalstardestroyer" wich should detect if there is a Executrix (whos internal name is capitalstardestroyer).

Unfortunally it has a little Bug. While it correctly looks for the Executrix in the Targets, it has Unitclass set to type 6 wich is "Normal" Ship.

To fix this Bug you need to set the Unitclass of this Effect to 7 wich is "Capitalship"

@Barbarossa5 So the effect and what it's checking for are correct, it's just checking for Executrix as a regular ship rather than capital ship?

Wish I would have seen this is a known bug before doing my GAC. Executrix worked well two-ish weeks ago but without the tie fighters being marked it failed miserably and cost me my GAC.
I like when a new datacron interaction goes sideways they have a post immediately about it, but a counter-breaking bug is radio silence.

At the time of writing, it has been 12 days since this bug is reported. Is there any update on this?
I'm assuming reproducing it is not a problem since it is trivial to reproduce.
Perhaps you can revert the changes temporarily while you figure out how to fix it. Breaking a fleet then leaving us hanging for so long is really not player-friendly.

The bug is still in the game. Seriously? I lost many matches in the Grand Arena because of this bug. Why haven't you fixed it yet?

Its status is still "investigating" in their bug tracker. I don't under stand why this bug which has a serious impact on fleet arena matchups has been left unresolved for three weeks.
