In Desperate need of help for Account Recovery

Account has been missing since Monday.  It has been replaced by a new account that is currently linked to Google Play.   Is there ANY POSSIBLE CHANCE to get some assistance before the weekend please?...

    how is this not a simple issue of someone inputting my ally code to my google play?
