In Desperate need of help for Account Recovery

Account has been missing since Monday.  It has been replaced by a new account that is currently linked to Google Play.   Is there ANY POSSIBLE CHANCE to get some assistance before the weekend please?...

So, it seems that if u try too many in-game tickets, the advisors will simply ignore/block you.  Great job CG/EA....  this is the most pathetic customer service that I have ever seen.  Especially since it is through this in-game customer support that I feel something can be actually fixed.  A guild leader who has been offline since Monday.  Missing an entire new character event.  Missing 2 TW. missing a raid. Missing dailies.  Causing me 3 guaranteed GAC loses.  BRAVO!!!!!
