Summarize your bug I was charged for the relic cargo pack, but then told I had exceeded the purchase limit. Instead of being refunded the money, I was given 1350 crystals I did not purchase.

Purchase was made in game. There was the notification on the main page for the pack, and that's how I chose and purchased it, with PayPal. I believe I had purchased the same pack in the webstore previously, and that's how I exceeded the limit. I purchased the pack in game assuming it was back. I contacted the in-game help only to be told they are unable.to provide a refund. The resolution I seek is to recieve the pack I purchased, or a refund.
