In-game support doesn't answer anymore

Hello,

I reached out to the in-game support, because I had a misclick and bought razor shards with crystals.

I reached out and at first they answered and said that they can return it as a one-time goodwill gesture. So I agreed with this, but since then I haven't seen my shards back and if I reply on their latest message they don't answer me. 

Please help me

    I'm sorry to hear that. The only thing that you can do is to make a new ticket.
    AHQ personel doesn't have access to account servers, only game advisors are able to cancel transactions.

    The problem is that every time I open my help screen, it's on that ticket and I can't close the ticket or start a new one.. how can I do this?

    I have this same issue. I am basically locked out of progressing further in the game. I completed all Emperor Palpatine events, and he is stuck at 55/100 character shards at rank 6. I opened a help ticket two weeks ago, got a single response from “EA Mohammad” and have been ignored ever since. I can’t open a new ticket because the old one is still there from WEEKS ago.

    Can anyone please tell me what to do? I can’t progress the game.
