Season Pass Never Received

I’m not a fan of airing my issues out in public. But I’ve been going back and forth, and I use that phrase extremely loosely, with EA Support since like July 31st about my missing battle pass. I’d get a response maybe every 4-5 days from someone different asking for the exact same information that I just gave the last person, and nows it’s been over a week since the last response with less than 24hrs left. On top of it PayPal which historically has been very helpful isn’t letting me refund the purchase.
