Inactive leader and officers

I'm catching up with threads here and just spotted yours. In general the support team can help promote officers to guild leader status in the case of inactivity, but you're not an officer now... that mis click that booted your from the guild complicates things somewhat. 😅 Is there another officer active in the guild? They could promote you to an officer and then you'd be able to request the change in leadership via the support team which'd make things much easier.

Outside of that, I'm not sure if the support team can help promote a guild member to officer status and from there to Guild Leader but there's no harm in checking. The next support rep will take a look and see what they can do for you if you get back in touch with them. The best way to contact us for mobile games is by creating an in-game ticket. This sends us through details about the account and means our support team can help you out faster.

Here's how to send in a case from your SWGOH account:

1. On the home screen, tap the  ⚙️ Cog wheel icon/ Settings button in the top left corner of your screen.
2. Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site
3. From the page that loads, in the top left, click on the EA Help logo to bring you to the EA Help homepage
4. Type 'SWGOH' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
5. Select See all help topics.
6. Select the Manage my account category.
7. Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
8. The available contact options should appear under the heading 'Still need help'. If live chat is an option, I'd recommend going for that.

To help speed things up, have this information ready to go:

• How to find your Player ID 
• How to find your Ally Code
• Guild Name
• Inactive Guild Leader name
• Date when you accidently kicked yourself out of the guild and previous rank
