@Spacebar_is_jump Wellcome to hell. We are several players with this bug and devs will tell you that sorry but according to their logs you were 3 tickets short and won’t help you. I’ve been claiming this since first Moff Gideon’s GC round (2 months ago) and they aren’t helping me.

Yes it’s a bit of a shambles isn’t it.
I wonder had you purchased the Conquest pass when it happened to you? Or the Conquest+ pass.
I’m wondering if it’s linked to that.

@Spacebar_is_jump No, I did not. It’s related to error code 9. The thing is your UI shows more tickets than you actually have according to devs logs. If you try to collect the 84 tickets milestone, for example, and you have 84 tickets sharp, an error will pop up and the app will crash (you won’t be able to collect rewards). Therefore, if you met red crest requirements with just 630 tickets, means you haven’t truly met the 630 milestone according to devs logs.

I don’t know how it happened, maybe I got one feat but server-side didn’t save my progress. That’s the way my logic try to explain me what happened.

Maybe you’re lucky, but the help received from this forum is really poor, like they aren’t willing to help me because “they keep data from logs for a limited time and now it’s to late to double-check or investigate this”… note that I wrote my first post a day after receiving the GC rewards and got a reply 3 weeks later. I’d love to speak to someone in charge or fill a formal complain but they keep ignoring me.

Based on our information, you achieved 617 conquest points in the last conquest.

There's is definitely a bug then, as I got 632 keycards. Looks like 15 keycards went missing somehow.
As @Tiali1985 suggests, I suspect there's an issue with feats not syncing server-side.
