Incorrect Conquest Rewards

Like many others have reported, I received the wrong reward for conquest. I achieved 394 keycards and happened to take a screenshot when I achieved my first gold crate in Normal on my account. As you can see from the reward delivered in the inbox, your logs are erroneous and only counted 384 keycards. Six other guildmates have the same issue, five more on your forums, and 4 more have reported/commented in the past day on this forum, so I expect this is affecting quite a few players who happened to not pay close attention to their reward email or for whom a non-critical amount of keycards (ie it didn't change their final crate) wasn't counted. Please fix this issue and do not mark this topic as solved until it's solved, which you've done for the others which have NOT been solved. Thank you.

    @Skyryser Based on our logs you collected 391 Conquest points. I sent you the missing rewards. Please boot the game and check your inbox.

    In JCurry’s thread one of the EA guys said to go through this: https://help.ea.com/sg/help/faq/using-ea-help/ 

    I actually got headway and the guy there acknowledged the issue. 

    you will get to a chat with a person. He will ask for your ally code. He will the give you a verification code. You then go into game settings>ea help and paste the code into that chat bot. He said the make good will take some time as it likely affected many ppl. But hey acknowledgment.

    @EA_Gunner Thanks for fixing this - just to point out, in case this helps track down the bug, I actually got 395 (I did a few more battles after my screenshot to complete all the nodes), so there’s still a slight discrepancy between the logs and the game. I did have an issue at one point where the game crashed if I tried to collect the track rewards, and that disappeared when I hit the next crate - this was around the 280 keycard mark.
