Game-Breaking Error 153.0 – Stuck in Restart Loop in SWGoH - Strong Internet

I have been locked out of my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account for over 20 minutes due to Error Code 153.0. The game keeps showing the same error and asking for a restart, but it never works.

This is not an internet problem. I have a stable and fast connection.

I have already tried everything:
Cleared cache and cookies
Reinstalled the game
Restarted the device
Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Restarted the router

Nothing worked. The error keeps coming back and I cannot access my account at all.

This is extremely frustrating. Over the past two months, the game has had constant bugs and crashes. Now I cannot even log in. I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and I am very disappointed.

Please fix this urgently. Screenshot is attached.

    Thanks for flagging this and for sharing what troubleshooting steps you've already run through. It would help to know what device, make, and model you're playing from, if you've backed up the game to the Game Center/Play Store, and your Ally Code. Could you pop that information in your reply, please?

    Thank you for your reply.

    Unfortunately, it has now been three full days and the issue is still ongoing. I am still getting the same Error Code 153.0 and I am completely locked out of my account. This has become incredibly frustrating.

    Here are the details you asked for:

    Device: I play daily using either Bluestacks on PC or Android mobile, depending on whether I'm at home or at work.

    Google Account: The account is linked to an older Google account that I’ve been using for years to play.

    Ally Code: 289-935-152

    I also want to mention that months ago I reported a similar issue: I was trying to unlink my EA account, but I kept receiving the same error. I never received proper help, and I ended up being stuck using this old Google account.

    Now, with this new error, I can’t access the game at all – not on Bluestacks, not on mobile. I have tried everything: clearing cache, reinstalling, switching connections, restarting both device and router – and nothing works.

    This is unacceptable. I’ve put a lot of time and money into this account, and the lack of help from EA and SWGoH support feels like complete disregard for your players.

    Please escalate this issue urgently. I need real support, not more basic troubleshooting.
