Inquiry regarding account ban / False positive flag (Ally Code: 687644419)

HiCG_Meathead​&nbsp;I am reaching out regarding a ban on my Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes account that occurred on August 10, 2026. The ban was triggered while I was playing the Colosseum mode normally, without using any third-party software, mods, or exploits. I believe this was an automated false positive. I have already tried everything possible through the official support channels and asked multiple people for help, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve this issue yet.Ally Code: 687644419I would really appreciate it if you or the team could take a second look at my account logs to verify that no TOS violations occurred. I would love to have seen how you did the Baylan event with your mods.

Also how you did 79m in Sith Trio raid. It's been years since I last did it, so maybe it has gotten easier.

Posting like this and tagging Meathead isnt proper channels. You need to use the official ban appeal form on the forum to have any chance at appealing the ban.

For the Baylan event, I just followed a guide from a YouTube video.

Regarding the Sith Trio raid, I don't remember every detail, but I managed a solid run and cleared the second phase completely.

As for the ban appeal: I’ve already used the official form multiple times since August, but I haven't received any meaningful response or help. That’s the only reason I’m trying here to get some visibility on this.

It isn't an instant revision of the appeal. Every time you send a new one, you get kicked back in line.&nbsp;
