Inquisitor LS Bundle Error

I recently purchased the Inquisitor Lightspeed bundle off of the webstore, but after opening the game, I received crystals instead of the characters advertised in the bundle.  

If the proper characters could be accredited to my account, it would by greatly appreciated.
