Insanely obvious fleet cheater

Summarize your bug Insanely obvious cheater somehow hacking fleet arena and beating my fleet in less than 3 minutes.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? (removed player data - naming and shaming is against forum guidelines). His fleet is not even remotely competitive in our shard, at 195k, with no relic pilots. My fleet is approximately 450k, with all 7* ships and relic pilots. I took 1st place with 5 minutes to go before payout, and he somehow took it away from me nearly instantly — yet his entire fleet isn’t capable of killing just my Hound’s Tooth, much less the rest of my ships. This is an incredibly obvious, blatant hacker, and I’d very much appreciate it if you’d investigate and ban.

I am attaching screenshots of my fleet matchups and his fleet inventory.  There’s a zero percent chance he can pull this off without hacking.
