@GladOS-013 It looks like my logs don't go that far back. So I guess my issue is going to be unresolved. It sucks that the devs are pretty incompetent when it comes to this sort of thing.

Another way of looking at it is that combat takes place in your device. If your app crashes without sending information to the swgoh servers, then they have no data on which to base their testing. If they test it with their own similar devices and can't reproduce, then it's less "incompetence" and more "not magically able to summon information out of nothing."
But each player's mileage may vary.- @GladOS-013 I understand that, but when I ask how to get the report to someone and all I hear is crickets, it implies that the devs don't really care about fixing things, or finding out what the issues are. I have no idea how to get the reports to the appropriate people. I can make my phone work, but I'm not good at all the tech side of things.

Just copy and paste a report into a reply here. They don't need the txt file, just the info inside.
If you're having trouble moving text between devices, you could email it to yourself or use cloud storage like Google drive to transfer the information.
