@GladOS-013 I understand that, but when I ask how to get the report to someone and all I hear is crickets, it implies that the devs don't really care about fixing things, or finding out what the issues are. I have no idea how to get the reports to the appropriate people. I can make my phone work, but I'm not good at all the tech side of things.
@taxingpear94 Sorry- you said your logs didn't go back that far, so didn't seem like there was any point.
Just copy and paste a report into a reply here. They don't need the txt file, just the info inside.
If you're having trouble moving text between devices, you could email it to yourself or use cloud storage like Google drive to transfer the information.

- @GladOS-013 I'm refering to back when I started asking for help. I had the report log. I can't copy and paste to this forum with my phone. I have an iphone xr and it won't let me copy paste. I guess I could do a screen grab? I could e-mail it to somebody, but need an e-mail address. What shows up on my screen is all greek to me, so I don't know if that will help.

Interesting. I've never tried to copy-paste one of these logs before. I also have an iPhone XR.
I went to the folder that Ultraslide said, opened a report, and long-pressed on party of the report. I was able to copy and paste it like any other text.
Maybe if you saved it as an image, you'd lose the ability to select the text?
