Issue purchasing chewbacca LSB

I tried to purchase the Chewbacca LSB from the web store, that was fine but in the client got the dreaded “there was an error with your purchase” and got crystals instead. What can I do? I really don...

I have this issue aswell and they still charged me the full price, I just want the characters idc about the crystals
