Issue Purchasing CX2 $30 Bundle

I attempted to purchase the named bundle via the web store and after I put in my credit card information, the Confirm button was not clickable.  Now when attempting to purchase the same bundle I receive an Oops Something Went Wrong error.  I wait ~10 minutes for the bundle to re-appear for purchasing and the same issue happens with the Oops error message.
